1. Services

We provide property preservation and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. Service scopes, pricing, and schedules are defined in written proposals or work orders.

2. Quotes, Scheduling & Payments

• Quotes are estimates, subject to site verification and approval.
• Invoices specify payment terms; late payments may incur fees or interest as allowed by law.
• Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid or if access/safety conditions are inadequate.

3. Cancellations & Access

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Clients are responsible for site access, alarms, keys / lockbox codes, and safe conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate service information and communicate changes promptly.
• Ensure safe, lawful, hazard-free work areas (utilities, lighting, clear pathways).
• Supply consumables (paper towels, soap, trash liners) per agreed scope, if required.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, and logos are property of Homebound Solutions Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are performed with reasonable care. Except as stated in a written agreement, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Website content is provided “as is.”

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homebound Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
